The following are brief descriptions of volunteer opportunities and events sponsored by the OVHSA. The descriptions below provide a baseline for our committees so we can get planning starting. Duties are not limited to the below and are subject to change at any time throughout the year. Events are typically scheduled for Fridays with proposed dates posted on the OVHSA website calendar. If you are interested in chairing or volunteering for a committee in the 2025-2026 school year, please complete the google form that will be made live on the OVHSA website (https://oakviewhsa.org/) in June 2025. If you decide you would like to volunteer for a committee later on throughout the school year, simply contact the committee chairperson listed on the OVHSA website.

* All events are subject to cancellation if there is a shortage of volunteers *

*A Note About HSA Annual Membership Dues: Dues are required if you want to serve as Class Parent OR Chair a committee. The HSA Membership Dues are per family for the entire school year. Dues can be paid via the Oak View HSA website for the 2025-2026 school year starting on July 1st. Dues entitle you to vote at meetings and help pay or offset the cost of school assemblies, class trips, teacher support, school planners, and much more! You do not need to be a dues paying member to volunteer on a committee or attend meetings.*
