Supporting Oak View School
We are the Oak View Home & School Association (OVHSA), a parent-run, dues-paying association organized for the purpose of supporting the education of children attending Oak View Elementary School.
Annual membership is per family. Members of the OVHSA receive discounted entry to social events, and the ability to vote on various issues including how raised monies are spent.
The OVHSA is not responsible for standard curriculum or the Board of
Education, nor are we involved in outlining and instituting school
policies and procedures.
We support our students by fostering relationships among the school, parents, teachers, and community.
We raise funds for assemblies, trips, parties, classroom support, and tokens of appreciation for our amazing teachers, as well as technology improvements and other resources for our school.
The association sponsors social gatherings and fun events for the Oak View school community to enjoy.
